Eligibility for Returns
- Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase.
- If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging to ensure the safety of the natural stone or material.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Items Exempt from Returns
Several types of goods cannot be returned for health or safety reasons:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Specific health and personal care items
- Sale items, as only regular priced items may be refunded
The Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you.
- We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Exchanges for Damaged Items
