Eligibility for Returns

  • Our policy lasts for 14 days from the date of your purchase.
  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging to ensure the safety of the natural stone or material.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete any return.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Items Exempt from Returns

Several types of goods cannot be returned for health or safety reasons:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Specific health and personal care items
  • Sale items, as only regular priced items may be refunded

The Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you.
  • We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges for Damaged Items
